Mosquito Bites

I'm back in my home waters on the Space Coast . . . the Mosquito Lagoon, and I'm fishing with my former FLW Redfish Series partner, Capt. Travis Tanner. Y'all know Capt. Travis from a few episodes, but one of the earliest episodes was shot while fishing the No Motor Zone in "The Drum Zone." Capt. Travis and I go waaaaay back and we still have a blast whenever we can fish together.

This week's episode Travis is putting us on a nice school of Mosquito Lagoon reds and trout. Not the perfect weather conditions, but that's why I go with a guide that knows his fishery, knows the fish and knows his stuff! We all just got back from a week in Orlando for sportfishing's annual convention, ICAST. I got to spend a little time with quite a few of our sponsors, finding out what new product is coming out for 2017.
