Meet the Mogan Man . . . Capt. Blair will be at the Miami Boat Show all day on Saturday, February 16th and Sunday, February 17th. On Saturday the 16th - from 11 a.m. to noon - he'll be in the Humminbird booth signing autographs, and meeting you Mogan Maniacs.
