These are just a few. HC is about the easiest place to fish. You dont have to go by tides but, you want a lil current. Just need to try differnt spots and figure it out, it aint that big of a place. I perfer to catch them in 2' of water though and watch them eat a GULP

| Sorry i went outta town and just got back. HC is one of the easiest places to fish. I get bored with it but, the wife enjoys sitting back and fishing. Im more of a flats person and love throw out in front of a 100 fish or so but anyways, Its a change of pace. The next time you go to HC pay attention to which way the current is flowing. Fish the side that its going out of. Anchor up at the mouth of the canal and throw out a half of **** with about a 1' leader and just enough weight to keep it on the bottom. You will catch fish, usually a red or a black drum. Hope this helps. Kenny

| I have another question...Where and how do you catch the reds in 2ft. of water? (In the Northern Indian or Mosquito Lagoon?) What gulps do you use? How do you rig it? how do you work it? Best times to go? Poll or trolling motor silently? etc. Thanks again man.
