DOA paddletail, Gulp jerkbait, Exude DART on a jighead if you have enough water.

Try a DOA" Chug-Head " in front of of a Mullet Pattern soft plastic body on a Worm Hook for Near Top-Water,and a Weighted Worm-Hook for Sub-Surface action.......that shoud keep you just above the Oyster Bed`s....Thanks CookNfish for showing me that trick

What Color CALS were you useing  ?  I find that the CALS work the best with a very slow retrive, just fast enough so the Head wobbles side to side, with the water temps diving, slowing down your retrivel will lead to more hook-up`s

If you can work a DOA "Terror Eyes " around the Oyster Bed`s without getting snagged......DO IT.......Try Rootbeer or Brown-Dog

Give each of these a chance, you may not catch fish right away, but once you learn to present them properly, and Tweak your rig, like changing Color,Size and Shapes to match what they are eating at that time, you`ll see that each of these work very well, but a Slight Change in color, size or shape could be the differance of a Red Smashing your lure, and that Redfish just looking at your lure as it goes by

Hope this helps

Too true...It took me, what...10 months, to figure out how to work the DOA shrimp and hook that dink trout, recently? Not saying that it will take anyone else that long, by any means, but learn the lure and that will take you a whole lot closer to catching the fish!
