Yeah, MOJO did his own and seemed to have no problems. We had ours installed and it added about $200 dollars to the bill for installation.

I once had a bad day of fishing, but it was still great!

Yea, the installation is very easy! The directions are simple to follow; cept you have to decide where to mount your pump and switch. I will tell you though; you will need someone to help you tightening the bolts if you have an aft casting deck and to hold the power pole up when installing the bolts. I installed mine right at the water line so I could maintain the 4" clearance from the bottom of the hull. Kinda wish I would of mounted it about 1/2 inch higher though. That way the hardware is totally above the water line. Take into account the top cap angle of your transom when installing. Mine had a slight downward cant from the center, so it was a little tricky getting the power pole angled straight up and down. Ultimately I parked the boat on the most level ground I could find, then marked where I was to install it after I made sure I had my 4" measurment above the bottom of the hull and had someone hold and adjust the angle till it looked straight as possible. I will say this; READ AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!!! DO NOT CUT CORNERS AND JUMP AHEAD OF THE DIRECTIONS TO SAVE TIME!!! Once you drill your transom, the holes are there!!! PM me if you have any questions. Remember if I can install one; anyone can install one!!! heheheh

Oh, and I went for the through hull installation for the hydraulic lines. I has a clean and neat look.
