| | hey whats up i figured pretty much everyone on here would be from florida i'm from ocean springs, i ususally do more inshore fishing when it starts gettin cold and all those trout and reds move inland, what islands you like to fish most? the only thing i can seem to pull outta them are sharks, cept for cat and chandeleur i hear good things about horns grass beds and the reef on the east tip but cant seem to pull many trout out of them maybe i should try live bait? caught a 6 lb speck off deer island not too long ago that was nice |

| Yea, Horn and Petit Boise Island are doing OK I guess with the trout. I haven't caught many large trout this year in the old traditional spots. Deer Island and the back bay are starting to heat up pretty good. Tried live bait but arties seem to bring the best luck on targeted species. Red's, Flounder and Trout are falling for H&H Cocaho Spin lures. All in all I think the Offshore to inshore transition is fully underway for these fish species.
