| | I am speaking out of exremely limited knowledge here but as a few buddies can attest, I have learned a thing or two about docklight snook in only a few nights...... I have tried many flies and a white with chartreuse clouser seems to do the best, I also found that consistent short strips work well. When you get a hit, remember not to set the hook with the rod but always keep your rod pointing at the lure with the slack out and snatch the line hard when you feel the hit. Another advantage of short constant trips is that you will feel any nibble that you would normally not feel if you were letting the fly sink slack.
I once had a bad day of fishing, but it was still great! CHB: the few, the proud, the chosen |
