| some good recipes that i use is pan frying it. (I just eyeball the ingredients) get a pan filled with vegitible oil to cover about 1/2 the fillets. (olive oil will work or butter if u cant get vegitible oil) Get flour and corn meal. mix together about 1/2 flour 1/2 corn meal. Heat grill until the oil is bubbling. Coat the fillets w\the corn meal flour mixture and add garlic salt, pepper, and whatever other spices you like. Cook until golden brown on both sides. then enjoy!
git r done |

| | House Autry Seafood breader is great for frying fish. For a change of pace, try mixing orange marmalade with fresh ground horseradish as a dipping sauce. |

| Hey man I like to grill my fish on the old barbe. What I do is fillet the fish and leave the skin and scales on. I like to put seasonal, garlic powder, melted butter, and lemon juice. Heat up the grill place a flat top on the grill small enough so the fish wont fall but big enough to hold all of the fish. Place the fish on the grill and should be ready to eat in minutes. The cool thing is when the fish is done you can just take a spatula and you can go under the fish meat and it will come right off of the skin and boy does that fish taste great. |
