Simple, tasty and out of this world....
Grouper, Trout, Flonder or what ever white mild fish you have (Flonder may be cooked Whole) Fillets.
Cut fish into bite size pieces.
Coat with deli style mustard (we like boarshead) with horseradish.
Roll in fish fry (Zattarans) until lightly coated.
Fry in hot oil, 375* until light golden brown and crispy.
Dip in cocktail sauce with plenty of of horseradish and ENJOY....
