| Almost all the snook died but there are still some nice trout to be caught in the mullet schools . You won't catch a lot but the ones that you do catch will be quality. You have to throw silver spoon right into the school and work it slow. The fish are very sluggish. There is no way you will catch any fish by working it fast. Live bait is another good option. However if you are using live bait in (bait fish) remember the fish are very sluggish and you should cut the tail off the baitfish. This will make a very short life for the baitfish and the bait should be changed every couple of minutes. If you have any extra bait chum up the water. Remember work it slow! |
