Charleston,SC ICW north of Charleston Harbor.
 Water temp 43-44 degrees
Last part of outgoing low tide ,Partly cloudy, Air temp low 60's to high 50's.

We found the fish at the first area we went to. Looked to be a school of about 100 fish.

Most of the fish were over the 23" slot, with about 10 fish being caught in three hours.

Bait was Berkley Gulp Alive, in the crab and shrimp pattern.

Tackle was, (Reel) Penn Conquer CQR2000   (Rod) Shakespeare Agility ASP 6086 2-M Medium action 8'6"  (Line) SpiderWire Invisi-Braid 10lb.

The second location that we went too held plenty of fish, but the bite turned off after the tide changed...
Did not see any dead trout, but did see two dead pelicans.

Great reds!! I love your pictures since it's so high-def. What type of camera do you use? And do you photoshop them to make them look like that? Also whats that thing poking out of the red on the last picture?

Tight lines,

The orange thing is a tag that some D/A cut off. NEVER cut off a tag. Get the numbers off of it, measure the fish and let him go. Pretty simple............

.

I use two Canon XTI's (10MP) I shoot in a "RAW" format with very little PhotoShop work, (Crop, Frame, Sharpen, convert to JPEG),,,,just remember your focus is the most important part. I use "focus lock" a lot too.

You might like this,,,Have you ever seen a "HDR" photo? Its five shots made into one using PhotoShop. It looks 3-D. Here is some info on it. http://www.squidoo.com/hdr-photography
