Well, I've made it out a few times and can say that I've actually had some LUCK   Decided to fish some new water and on one trip I landed 6 reds with about half of them being slot size and the rest being slightly under sized.  I tagged one of the slot sized fish (please release tagged fish if you catch one) and ended up releasing all of the others so they can fight again another day.  One day left in the holiday break but the wind looks like it will stay blowing so...  I hope 2010 is a great year for fishing

Yepper, measure, weigh, release and note the location that the fish was caught.  If you look on the tag (small yellow tube) there should be a tag number and a phone number to call.  Look at the tag insertion location on the fish as well.  They like to know if there is damage to the fish in this area. I have had about 25-30 fish that I've tagged re-caught and unfortunately most of them have been eaten
