| I just graduated high school last saturday and have been doing a lot of hardcore fishing. I have been catching some nice size trout and even some inshore grouper. Also, the tarpon and huge sharks have also rolled in on the flats. However, today I loooked at the weather channel at 7 a.m. and it said 70% chance of rain. Now this is where most people say "well looks like i am not going fishing" but with me it was the complete opposite. I got together my gheenoe and made a short drive to the launching place. I caught some bait and started fishing. It was looking really promising bc theyre wasnt any wind (yet) and I caught a jack after about 5 minutes of arriving. A little later I hit up this other spot and saw my bobber go under and this is what was at the end of it! [w00t]
After the 5 minute fight on 20 lb leader I let the old fella go to swim another day and then it started to downpour so I headed home. But what a morning it was on the water |

| Nice! a couple weeks ago I got one that was 30" and soon as i removed the hook and threw him in the box, tossed another mullet on the seawall and got one that was 34". They were just killing anything that passed by, my dad threw off his mullet to chase the 34" and soon as it hit the water a big snook came up and ate it. Then some idot tried netting bait right on top off all the fish even though we told him to go some where else and shut the bite off.

snook were not in season a couple of weeks ago so there is no way that you could have put that 30 incher in the box.
