| Dear All,
I was messing around this morning in my local West Broward residential lake with various lures for peacocks. I have a couple of Mogan Spoons (for beach snooking), and decided "what they hey!" at least the thing is weedless, and this lake is full of weeds.
Bamm! Peacock. That single hook is mean and sharp on the Mogan Spoon, and it works.
Not being satisfied with this, I throw out a chartreuse terroreyez to see if I can jog that thing off the bottom (these lakes can be pretty deep) and catch something. Bamm! Another peacock.
So, to add to the list of good peacock lures, like the Xraps and the Husky jerks, you can add Mogan spoons and regular sized terroreyez in the most garish color you can find.
Kevin.
PS No pictures..... I wasn't expecting this to work! I'll try to duplicate it again soon.
