Welcome to the world of plastic. Polyesters never stop hardening and as it hardens and the boat twists cracks are going to appear.

Sorry that I don't have better advice but all fibreglass boat develop spider cracks. I don't have a plastic boat but I would repair soon because what will happen is they will get larger (to a degree ) and water will enter and now the boat gets heavier and just absorb water. The problem is that once water has gotten in it will never weep out.
