| | Hey folks, long time lurker, first post. Just got my boat, used 17 seapro with 75 merc. Took her for the maiden voyage Sunday by myself and noticed something odd. Very lite wheel when turning right, very stiff turning left. Any suggestions? btw. Anybody suggest a good boat shop in the Riverview/Apollo beach area? Muchas Gracias

| ya inspect your sacraficial anode(zinc tablet) on your outboard it is proabably out of line causing the boat to naturally want to pull one way or another

| Should be just above your Prop.........Be Careful.....the bolt might be froze up......smack the head of the bolt with a hammer first, that should break up any rust around the thread`s.....if it breaks, you have to drill out the broken bolt, and re-tap the hole If the Tablet is very worn....Replace it,that`s what keeps the carosion down for all the bolts.

If Cracker aint workin on ine , I wont use anyone else but Bullfrog Creek in Gib`Town ! They are by far the best bunch of guys there are in Tampa Bay area !
