| | Lemon Pepper Dill Trout Seasoning: -lemon pepper seasoning -dill -greek seasoning -salt -chives -fresh minced garlic -cubed butter or marjurine -white wine *add as little or as much as you want, its all good. -Place fillets in well buttered/greased broiler pan, sprinkle with the white whine and season to taste. Place cubed butter/marjurine on fillets last so the seasoning dosen't wash away as the butter melts. Baking: -per heat oven to 400 degrees -bake at 400 degrees for 10-14 minutes or until fillets are flaky. Time will depend on thickness of fillet  Enjoy!
