My Banshee has a stress crack in the transom hull. This was noticed after taking the boat in for the 5th replacement of my trim tab switch. The boat is 1 year old. After speaking with Ranger, this appears to be a common problem. I was wondering if anyone else out there has had similar problems? "Salty Dawg" here in Jax where I bought the boat stopped selling Rangers. Not sure what's up with that....

Interesting... we looked at and almost bought a ranger from salty dog about 2 or 3 years ago.

I once had a bad day of fishing, but it was still great!

Take it to your closest Ranger dealer. They will repair it and hopefully cure the problem.

Haven't had that problem w/my Banshee Extreme yet and havent heard of this being an ongoing problem. Dunno....
