| | i have seen these tournaments put on from another fishing forum...we should plan somewhere to meet(a specific boat ramp)(good for people with motors and not)!!! pick a certain lure for fishing that and have a live fish weigh-in at a specific time back at the ramp...possibly a DOA Shrimp, a certain topwater, a certain suspending bait or jig...what does everyone think!!! |

| Not to shoot you down or anything but there are some problems with the idea. One Lure Challenge is the creation of Erick Bell. It would have to be a different format and name. Also, a live fish weigh-in is not a very good idea with kayaks. The mortality rate will be greater than with a power boat equipped with a livewell.

| | There is nothing wrong with the idea as long as we tweak the idea if your worried about mortality rate. I'm all for the idea and would love to have a choice of the one lure we can use. Obviously, we will be able to take a few of the same lure due to breakoffs. Maybe pick our one favorite lure and go. |

| I know what you mean. It is a great idea. We are going to miss it but I also can't wait for the new series to begin.

| | Why dont you make it all release, and instead of weighing measure, and take a picture, for the lure I would have to go with a tan/brown skimmer jig, catches everything. |
