| | I'm cooking some cobia tonight . . . not sure how to make it, I want to try something different. I may try the foil pouch method with some lemon, butter, spices but I'm looking for something to wow me! I'll let you know what I wind up concocting for dinner. Better yet, I'll have Kevin let you know how dinner was. Trice - I'm hungry! |

| | Cool!! We have spent a ton of vacations in the caribbean. We love the tropical fish dishes we've eaten along the way. Have any of you ever baked fish in one of those baking bags?? If you put the fish in the bag, and put a can of peaches or pears and fruit cocktail over and toss in some almonds... it melts in your mouth. It's kind of a refreshing way to eat fish... we've tried it with a bunch of different kinds of fish, too. It's delicious.
