What a fantastic little boat! Reminds me of being a little kid with your first outings by yourself. What a feeling of freedom this skiff gives you! As said before, it does have a learning curve, but at the end of the first day Derek and I were in some amazing backwater without any problems, and no one fell off the poling platform. And we are not known for our grace and balance. BoldWater 1 is born

A very good friend of mine just got the Gladesman and its a very specialized shallow water boat. We were definately able to get were we were never able to before in Flamingo. He has the boat set-up so that no Redfish or Snook is safe...lol. Your absolutely correct on the learning curve. I was the first to fall off and as I was falling into the waters of Flamingo all I could do was be reminded of the theme song from Jaws. Once you get used to moving around and being aware of were your partner is then its a piece of cake.

Congrats on the new boat and be safe.
