I pretty much use Shrimp sauce on everything . . . if you think about it, there are shrimp in just about every estuary.  (learned that one from the Mogan Man)

The crab works well too. Crabs aren't a main diet of trout and snook but the sauce works well on both when its smeered on a DOA shrimp or CAL shadtail. I've also pulled in pompano, permit, and sheephead. Its good stuff! Thanks for reminding me, I'm all out of sauce.

I stick with the shrimp sauce.  This stuff is incredible.  I have been absolutely slayin the fish for weeks now at night on doa glo shrim with shrimp lunkersauce.  I have taken two different people with me who didnt use the sauce and neither did as well as I did with it.  I want to take a moment to thank Russ Cobb of lunkersauce and the Mogan Man for turning me onto this stuff,  its GRRRREEEAAATTTT!!!!

I say we work two days and fish five!!!!

i'm not big on scents with baits but Lunker sauce is alright stuff if you want to get real stinky bait get gulp...but lunker sauce will get er done pertty good and with flavors it all depends on what bait is running and where you fish and what bait you are trying to imitate... i think it helps some but not as much as people say i get just as many strikes without i think....it all depends how you fish though

I have my own potion of Lunker sause. I mix 1/2 shrimp and 1/2 crab in a ziplock bag. Only put about 3 tbl spoons of both in there. Then at the beginning of the day, throw a hand full of my plastics in there. Mixes well and marinates the bait for enough time. Works for me.

Maybe I don't have the confidence for that shrimp lunker sauce , but I find it does not work. I've even put it on flies and had reds turn their nose up at it. Much better luck with the gulp or nothing at all.
