The Bridge there is Coming along but has had a real negative effect on the fishing. I occasionally fish there and still see lots of boats fishing the channel, but the fish aren't stacked like before the construction. Ill let you know how the bait catching goes

thanks

RE: CATCHING BAIT

I used to fish the Jewfish Creek area quite often. I used to find pilchards right outside the entrance to Jewfish Creek coming in from the Card Sound bridge side. There is a grass flat on the north side of the entrance where the navigation markers are. Pole off and put out a chum bag in about 3 feet of water an they will come. Never missed there. Blacked out my well in a few throws of the net. Haven't been there since the construction of the new bridge. Good Luck

CATCHING BAIT

I KNOW THERE IS AN ART TO CATCHING BAIT.
