PinFish are nice, but they tend to go straight to the bottom and find grass to hide in once you throw 'em out there on a hook...  Pilchards are the ticket; my friend...  GreenBacks, Threadies, SpanishDines, whatever floats your boat...  Anything white will handle the bizness...  You'll find them schoolin' all over the place near the top of the water column out there...  Predator fish love 'em.  It's like candy!  I think Calusa Cast Net website's got a video on tips on throwin' a net if you can't...
