If you look on the tag (small yellow tube) there should be a tag number and a phone number to call. Look at the tag insertion location on the fish as well. They like to know if there is damage to the fish in this area. I have had about 25-30 fish that I've tagged re-caught and unfortunately most of them have been eaten:w00t::angry:

Joe

RE: Holiday fishing

Beats my Frozen Skunk yesterday Joe :P

As long as I`ve been fishing Saltwater,I`ve never caught a Tagged Fish :w00t:....What should we do if we do catch one ? I tagged one of the slot sized fish (please release tagged fish if you catch one) and ended up releasing all of the others so they can fight again another day. One day left in the holiday break but the wind looks like it will stay blowing so... I hope 2010 is a great year for fishing:)

Joe
