It was windier than expected when we arrived at 7AM. We fished the shoreline west of Flamingo and after some time at Little Palm Island headed to my favorite place ...Jimmy's Lake looking for cleaner water. Caught 3 nice reds there. 29,25,and a 22. Dave also got 2 nice Snook. We did spook 3 HUGE snook, but had no opportunities to hook them. They were there and they were eating.Saw lots of reds all day though.

Turned glassy for a while and it was a great day of fishing. Just enough breeze in the afternoon to keep cool. Blackened redfish for dinner!
