Into the smoker with em to.&lt;br&gt;[img]http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb172/Vlap/Ribs%20n%20Fish%20Oct%2011%2009/IMGP0712.jpg[/img]&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The fish came out when I felt it was just overcooked. I like it to be so for use in dips.&lt;br&gt;[img]http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb172/Vlap/Ribs%20n%20Fish%20Oct%2011%2009/IMGP0714.jpg[/img]&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;After 3 hours the Ribs got wrapped in foil. Added a good splash of seasoned vinegar.&lt;br&gt;[img]http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb172/Vlap/Ribs%20n%20Fish%20Oct%2011%2009/IMGP0713.jpg[/img]&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;2 hours later the ribs were unwrapped and brushed with a lil bbq sauce.&lt;br&gt;Back into the smoker.&lt;br&gt;[img]http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb172/Vlap/Ribs%20n%20Fish%20Oct%2011%2009/IMGP0715.jpg[/img]&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;[img]http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb172/Vlap/Ribs%20n%20Fish%20Oct%2011%2009/IMGP0716.jpg[/img]&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;When they felt right I took em out and sliced. Very tender and very good.
