Smells great.  Guessed at the spices and used cumin, chili, garlic, thyme and parsley.  It smells good.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And I found Tabasco brand pepper sauce with chipotle - I didn't know about this stuff until reading Vlaps recipe.  It is great straight out of the bottle - not very hot at all - very tasty.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And them black beans ain't black.  They have stained my wooden spoon purple.  A nice shade of purple, but it is purple.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Got a nice loaf of french bread.
