Smells great. Guessed at the spices and used cumin, chili, garlic, thyme and parsley. It smells good.<br><br>And I found Tabasco brand pepper sauce with chipotle - I didn't know about this stuff until reading Vlaps recipe. It is great straight out of the bottle - not very hot at all - very tasty.<br><br>And them black beans ain't black. They have stained my wooden spoon purple. A nice shade of purple, but it is purple.<br><br>Got a nice loaf of french bread.
