| Dave is on Biscayne Bay again this week with an angler who is Fly only. Yesterday the had several chances on Bones and Permit. His angler who was planning to fish Flamingo today opted to go back to Biscayne bay again today it was so hot on Monday. You gotta love this time of year when the Bay and Flamingo are hot!
