Most of them work well, but it depends on the area you are fishing.  Right place at the right time with the right presentation.  This time of year on the West Coast of Florida we have snook on the flats making there way to the pass's/beach.  I like the mirromullet and the She Dog.

Topwater baits work very well for snook on the flats or around mangroves. If the water is still, flat calm, I like the Mirromullet. If it has some ripple to it you'll want a larger bait that makes more noise. If you're fishing beaches, docks, bridges, etc, you'll want something that gets down in the water column. Just about all of the all Mirrolures will catch snook but my favorites are Mirrodine, Catch2000, & 52MR.

Here's a nice specimen that ate a Mirromullet last night.

In the water.

Should have seen the redfish. It was bigger.
