| I am going to go surf fishing a few times over the next couple months and wanted to know how everyone has been doing. I am new to surf fishing and only have gone to Playalinda a hand full of times. I was looking for a few hot spots and what rigs and baits are being used for the different areas. I am in Central Florida and would be fishing the Daytona, New Smyrna,Titusville, Playalinda, and Cocoa areas. I currently have a 12' medium heavy acting surf rod for bottom rigs or pomp rigs and a few smaller rods for casting jigs and lures. I would greatly appreciate any help and tips that you guys can give me. The more specific the better when it comes to some spots were there might be a troth and what fish are typically in the area and what baits and rigs you would use. Thanks, Austin
