| | i cut my snook up into chunks and put cajun batter on them and fry them up YUMMY!!!! and dolphin i like to put a filet in a dish squeeze a couple lemons over it put a couple pads of butter on it and a little old bay season and broil till done i eat that at least once a week |

| I agree. We fried some Cobia and Spanish Mack in some Bass Pro Shops fry mix. We also fried some in "Andy's" fry mix available at Publix. It was a toss up of which one we liked best. They were both great.
