| WEll for fathers day I cooked dinner for dad and a friend of his. Dad said He wanted a dinner off the grill. Old fashioned grilled dinner. Well I got some AGED steaks. These steaks are so flavorful that they don't need a marinade or seasoning. I added a little salt and pepper before going on the grill. Along with that I grilled a variety of vegtables and chiles that were lightly marinated in oil, lemon juice, sal, pepper and chipolte powder. Some of the veg used was eggplant, squash, zucchini, asparagus, cubenella chiles and banana chiles.


To round it off I added in some twice baked potatos.

Throw in a good frosty hoppy beverage and you are set!

| You had me at "aged steaks", but a fine hoppy beverage pushes it over the top.
