Like so many of you, my philosophy is that holiday weekends are a little to hard to fish. So instead of not fishing we decided to fish for Marlin at our favorite Holiday spot. I do not mind giving this spot up. Leave any port on the SE side of Florida, 1st head SE until you get in 300 feet or deeper then stay on that heading until you can not see anyone. Then you are there! Put out your favorite Marlin rigs and start putting in the time. I figure if I keep hitting this holiday spot it will pay off this year. This first trial run produced this nice by catch.
