Hey guys

Just wondering here, What type of fish is the best to eat with cajun seasoning? And where could I get cajun seasoning. I had the Publix cajun catfish fillet, and it was great!

1 tbl Paprika
2 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Ground red pepper
3/4 tsp White pepper
3/4 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp Dried oregano leaves

There ya go, the Paul Prudhomme recipe for blackening seasoning. Can't beat it.

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time. On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words, and some of the words are theirs. I am haunted by waters.
