I found that recipe that JC mentioned a couple of weeks ago. It looks pretty good so I'm gonna give it a try tonight. I'll let ya know how it comes out.

oh man! you have got to try this stuff! oh my GAWD it is goo-oo-oo-ood! and don't forget the cheese! and i'm not talkin about the stuff in a can that you put on sketty. you have to use the shredded kind.

I took that recipie and doctored it up a bit more . . . I added shrimp, brocolli, and shredded carrots.  I made it into a seafood, creole, fettuccine primavera I guess. 

Whatever you call it, it's good!
